A RESOLUTION APPROVING ISSUANCE OF CIGARETTE LICENSES FOR 1968
.WHEREAS, Chapter 62 of the Municipal Code provides for the licensing
of those persons engaged in the- retail sale of cigarettes and other
, tobacco _products` and establishes a fee. for the license,
NOW.,.THEREFORE,.BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and Clerk be authorized.
to issue.licenses in 1968 to the following„persons for sale of.cigarettes
and t.obacco"products at -the locations indicated below:
Quist -Lake Distributing, Inc. for Ols.on's Mileage Station
Koehnen Standard Oil Station
Navarre Shell Station
Tonka Vending Cgmpany, Flame's D.X. Station
Fleming Manufacturing Company
Howard's Landing
