Buyer shall have full prepayment privileges hereunder without penalty.
Buyer may not cut any trees on the premises without written permission of Seller.
The filing of a Mechanic's Lien remaining of record for more than thirty (30) days shall
constitute a default of this contract.
The Buyer may not soil or assign their rights in this contract to t!ie subject property with
out the written permission of Seller which shall not be unreasonably withheld.
