Dear Mr. Primus:
It has come to our attention that you have recently deeded a portion
of the Ski Tonka property to a Willard Gove and Marcella Der.
The attached deed indicates a sale of approximately one acre of
property in a zoning district which requires at least five acres
per building site. As an attorney, you must also be aware that
State statute requires City review and approval of such a division.
As of this date, you have not submitted an application for review
of the proposal. Until subdivision approval is granted, the City
attorney advises that the recent homestead application cannot be
filed.
Please contact me regarding the procedure and information required
for subdivision application. Be aware that the division must
provide at least 5.0 acres of dry ground for each resulting parcel
or the City cannot approve.
