A RESOLUTION RATIFYING.LONG.LAKE AND ORONO
WATER AND SEWER SERVICE CONTRACT
WHEREAS, the Village Council by resolution #210 authorized and
directed the mayor and clerk to execute a water :and sewer service contract.
with Long Lake, and
WHEREAS, in accordance with said resolution such a contract was
executed on - December 13, •1967, and
WHEREAS, a*copy of said contract is attached hereto, and
WHEREAS, said contract conforms in all respects to that which was -'-
contemplated by said resolution #210.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, -by the Village Council of the
':Village of Orono, Minnesota, as follows:
1. The attached water and sewer service contract dated December 13, v
1967, between Orono and Long Lake;,_,is hereby ratified, confirmed, and
adopted in all respects.
Adopted by the Village Council of the Village of Orono at a regular
meeting held December 22, 1967.
