RESOLUTION #216
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE EXTENSION OF TIME FOR
t
INTEREST-FREE PAYMENT OF SEWER ASSESSMENTS
-WHEREAS., Resolutmo.n #191, permits payment of `the 1965LS-1 sewer assessments
in full without interest until October 25;-'1967; and
'WHEREAS- a- number of residents of the Village have failed to meet such
deadline,;, and
WHEREAS, thee Council wishes -to be fair in all respects and wishes.to
encourage p- eppay.ment sof these assessments;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS RESOLVED, that pre -payments of said assessments' -J
will •beaccepted without -'interest through December 31, 1967, but wall
under •no -circumstances be accepted thereafter.
Adopted by the Village Counbil of ;th.e Village of Orono at a regular
meeting held December 22, 19.67.
