A RESOLUTION AWARDING CONSTRUCTION FOR
1967LS-1 and 1967LW-1 (Improvement)
WHEREAS, by resolution #206 dated November 13, 1967,
the Village
Council called for the advertisement for bids for the construction
of'kke.
Improvement, and
WHEREAS, such noticeto or advertisement for bidders
was
published on November 16, 1967, in the (Minnetonka Herald, and
on November
16, 19.67, in the Construction Bulletin and affidavits of such-publications
have been presented to the Council, and
WHEREAS, by:said "resolution #206 the village clerk and village.
engineer were authorized to publicly open, read, and tabulate
all of such
bids at 11:30 A.M. on December 11, 1967, and such having been
done the
bids as so tabulated are as follows:
