RESOLUTION #211
A RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT
1967 LS -1 and 1967 LW -1
.WHEREAS, THE Village Council at its meeting of October 23,
1967, adopted a resolution calling for the publication and mailing of
notice of a public hearing on the proposed construction of 1967 LS -1
and 1967 LW -1 (sometimes hereinafter collectively referred to as the
Improvement).
t WHEREAS, said notice has been published and the affidavit
thereof has been filed with the Village Clerk and s.aid notice has been.*
mailed by the.Village Clerk and his affidavit hereof has been filed
with the Village Clerk, and both the publication and mailing of the .
notice have been done in accord with Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429..
WHEREAS, the council on November 13, 1967, conducted the
hearing referred to in said notice and considered the views of persons
or entities appearing at the hearing and interested in or affected by
the Improvement.
WHEREAS, skid. -hearing was adjourned to December 11, 1967, as
indicated by the council minutes of November 13, 1967.
WHEREAS, the council has received bids for the construction
of the Improvement, has received and considered the reports and opinion
of.the Village Engineer as to the economic and engineering feasibility
of the construction of the Improvment,-and has been fully advised as .
to all pertinent facts.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE.IT RESOLVED, by the Village Council of j
the Village of�Orono,;.MinnesQta, as follows:
1) The Improvement is hereby ordered and the engineer
