THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS:
1. The Village -6f Orono exercises its option d'ated'October 5,
1967,, to°p urchase,for-$150,000 the Orono Golf Course, const -
in g•of'approximately 44.54 acres and including all wells;
irrigation system, buildings and -other improvements thereon
in accordance with the Contract for Deed attached to the
said option..
2. -The Village °of Orono also exercises its option dated October
S. 1967, to purchase for $5,000 (p,ayable in two equal install
men-'s'on"December'1, 1967, and Januai'1 , 1968) all of the
equipment presently used on the said golf course 66r its
maintenance, upkeep and operation.
3. The Village Attormey is directed to'deliver*-the appropriate
payments and Contract for Deed upon satisfactory proof of
marketable' -title to the real estate and equipment.

AUTHORIZING EXTENSION OF LONG LAKE
AND ORONO SEWER AND WATER CONTRACT
WHEREAS, the Village of Long Lake has offered to provide
certain san.itary.sewer and water services for an indefinite duration
at a rate which for the present will be equal to twice the rate charged
Long Lake users to an area situated on Orono and contemplated being
assessed. -.by the contemplated Improvement known as 67LS-1 and 67LW-1, and
WHEREAS, the Village of Orono is willing to contract for such
services and to undertake.the completion and construction of the said
Improvement which is.necessary to make said services available within
the area contemplated being serviced.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Village Council of the
Village of Orono,.Minnesota, as follows:
.1)'.The appropritate officers of the Village, the mayor and
