A RESOLUTION�ACCEPTING FOR PETITION AND ORDERING THE PLACING OF
THE.QUESTION OF PURCHASING THE ORONO GOLF COURSE ON THE
NOVEMBER 7, 1967 VILLAGE ELECTION BALLOT
r< Pursuant to Section 412.221,•IT IS'HEREBY RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS:
1. At the regular Village election to be held on November 7, 1967,
r' the following question shall be submitted:

"Shall the Village of Orono purchase the Orono Golf
Course, together with all personal property used for
its maintenance,--upkeep.and operation, for use and s
operation as a municipal golf course, for a total price
of $1551000 payable over a five -year -period with no
G_ interest on unpaid balances?

2. Notice of this question to be submitted shall be published in the •
Minneapolis Star on -Tuesday, October 24, 1967, and in the Wayzata_ j
North Shore Herald on October 26, and November 2, 19.67.. Further.,_a notice of such question.shall-be posted at`•the Village Hall from
October 26, 1967, until the day of the election.
