A -RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE 1968 VILLAGE OF.:O;RONO
ANNUAL BUDGET AND`ORDERING A TAX LEVY'
COLLECTIB,EE'1N'1968
BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Orono
that the 1968 Orono -Annual Budget be.adopted and that the following
sums of money be levied for the current year, collectible in 1968,
upon the taxable property in said Village of Orono, for the following
purposes:
For All -Funds including P.E.R.A: $182;286
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Sewer Debt Redemption Fund
levy of $16,900 for 1967 adopted September 4, 1963 by Resolution #23
is unnecessary and is ordered cancelled.
The Clerk is hereby instructed to transmit a certified copy of this
resolution to the County Auditor -of Hennepin County.

RESOLUTION #200
A RESOLUTION TO PURCHASE ORONO GOLF COURSE
WHEREAS, the Village -of Orono has an option to purchase the
Orono Golf Course consisting of approximately 44,54 acres, together
with all improvements thereon, for $150,000 payable over a five-year s,
period; and
WHEREAS, the Village has a further option to purchase for
$5,000 all personal property used on.the golf course for its maintenance',,
upkeep and operation; and r

WHEREAS, the contract price of said property exceeds one. r
percent of the assessed•valuatioi,-of the,Village;

NOW, THEREFORE, pursuant to,Minnesota;.Statutes, Section
412.221,
IT IS RESOLVED,,that this resolution be published forthwith
in the Wayzata North Shore'Herald so that, after waiting the'prescribed'

approved by a majority of votes on the question at a regular or special
election;

xA A RESOLUTION RELATING TO PARTICIPATION IN THE
SUBURBAN HENNEPIN COUNTY•NURSING DISTRICT
WHEREAS to Minnesota�Statutes, Sections 145.08
and 145.12, provision has been made for a'public health -nursing district
in that portion of Hennepin -.County outside the City of Minneapolis, and
- WHEREAS, pursuant to such authority such a public health
nursing district has been organized and has been in operation for
several years, and
WHEREAS, it is deemed necessary to continue the operation of
such*nursing'district and to provide it with adequate funds for its
proper operation.
NOW, THERE};ORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE GOVERNING BODY .OF THE
a VILLAGE OF ORONO.that'this:political subdivision continue to be included
�. in the public health nursing..district of Suburban Hennepin County,
organized on January.4,, 1952: that it participate 2n the benefits
thereof; and.that.it agrees to support on an apportionment basis its
- pro rate .shar„e_of_.the .-.cost of the administration of such district
provided,.however,.that for the period--of-January 1, 1968 through
December 31, 1968, this cost shall not exceed 29z cents per capita
on the basis of the last, off.ic.ia'1 census.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that this resolution shall be deemed
an agreement to -continue to participate in such nursing district on the
