Res Sewer Connection Agreement 1390 North Arm Drive
Dear Mr. Haug:
we have received your request for an extension of time to connect
your mother's house to the municipal sewer. The City Administrator
has indicated to me that a limited extension may be granted in your
case, based on the following conditions:
An extension will be granted until June 1, 1981, at which time
either the sewer connection must be made or the plumbing must he
disconnected and septic tanks filled in, regardless of whether
or not the house is occupied.
Should Mrs. Haug vacate the house prior to June 1, 1981, you agree
to disconnect the plumbing and fill the septic tanks within thirty
(30) days thereafter.
Should the house be sold prior to* June 1, 1981, you agree to notify
the City immediately and inform us as to what steps are being taken
to either complete the connection of take the system out of service
