Dear John:
A inspection was laade August 28, 1987 of the sanitary sewer realignaent at
3061 Casco Point Road. The sewer line was televised by Solidification Xnc.
and copy of the report and video tape will be sent to the City. Listed below
are the iteas that need repair and/or correction:

Wrong castings - City requires R 1642B cstg. or approved equal.
Manholes need to be adjusted to finished grade aaxiaua of three
(3) adjusting rings.
3.) Manholes leaking at lift holes and around dog houses -* repair.
4.) Repair 4" sag in sewer line between NH "B" and MH ”C". These MH
letters are the sane as used in the television report.
