Box 66 Crystal Bay, MN 55323 Dear Jeanne:I ■ In response to your letter of November 16th, please be advised that the Waters' are evaluating whether or not they intend to initiate a petition for consideration of a storm water improvement project. They will notify you of their decision not later than January so that the City will have time to respond. Mr. Waters also will be directly in touch with you about the utility easement and any other open matters after the holidays so that anything that Orono is still seeking can be obtained. By copy of this letter to Dorothy Hallin, the City Clerk, I eun asking her to please arrange to duplicate and send me copies of all of the tapes from all of the Planning Commission and Council meetings.
