A V I <br />:mm. <br />w^f./ <br />City of ORONO <br />-p/ Pd <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />NO. 2100______ <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PLAT OP <br />CASCO COVE <br />PILE NO. 1083 <br />NBEREASr the City of Orono is a municipal corporation <br />organized and existing under the laws of the State of Minnesota; and <br />NBBRBASr the City Council of the City of Orono has adopted <br />subdivision regulations for the orderly, economic and safe development <br />of land within the City; and <br />flHBRBASt the City Council has considered the application for <br />a subdivision of a lot line rearrangement by Thomas J. Bernier, <br />Douglas E. Klint and Gary A. Barr, the subdividers; and <br />NBBRBAS, the subdivision has been found to meet all <br />standards of the LR-IC zoning district finding that each lot is of a <br />size and configuration that will allow its continued use as a single <br />family residential lot without th* :.eed of any variances, and <br />the subdivider has completed all requirements of <br />the platting regulations of the City, including; <br />1. Coaipletion of all the requirements of Resolution No. 2084. <br />2. Dedication on the pla^ of drainage and utility easements. <br />3. Execution of m Devel A em&i.’a by Thomas J. Bernier <br />and Douglae E. Klint proviux^g lor installation of certain <br />improvements as a condition of subdivision approval. In <br />addition, Jernier and Klint have provided letters of credit to <br />secure completion of these improvements. <br />4. Payment to the City for the legal review and filing of the <br />plat in the amount of $150.00. <br />ROM, TBBRBPORB BB IT ABSOLVED, that the City Council of the <br />City of Orono hereby approves the plat of Casco Cove, Hennepin County, <br />Minr.ssota, subject to the following conditions: <br />1. Applicants are required to obtain building permits for new <br />docks to be installed at some future date. <br />2. The aforesaid plat shall be filed by the City of Orono with <br />the Hennepin County Registrar of Title's on or before June 8, <br />1987, together with a certified original copy of this Resolution. <br />Page 1 of 2
