The Planning Commission reviewed this application at a public hearing held on <br /> January 16, 2007 and recommended approval of the fence height variance based <br /> on the following findings: <br /> a. The applicant's property is a corner lakeshore lot abutting County Roud 15 as <br /> well as Bracketts Point Road. The code language regarding fences along <br /> roadways for comer lakeshore lots abuttin� a major thoroughfare and a local <br /> street is ambiguous. <br /> b.
