Re: Plat Filing: Kelly 2nd Addition
Dear Jeanne:
The mylar plat for Kelly 2nd Addition was filed with the
Hennepin County Registrar of Titles on July 13. 1992 as Document
No. 2278903. The new Certificates of Title covering land within
the plat are Nos. 778569(Brown) and 778570(Massey). The County
reviewed Resolution No. 3061, but the Registrar’s office did not
accept it for filing. No easements were filed on this plat.
