Thank you, Melanie By the way, my email address has changed. Sorry for the confusionl Melanie Curtis City Planner office: 952.249.4627 fax: 952-249-4616 »> "Atsuko Mori" <Atsukom@OlsonSundberg.com> 01/07/04 04:16PM »> Hello, We have been told that in LR-1A district, a structure's lowest floor must be 2' higher than the regulatory flood plain elevation (931.5' in this case). I was recently cruising through the Orono Code online, and 78-1111 states that , "The regulatory flood protection elevation for Lake Minnetonka shall be 932.5 MSL." The site for our project is on Smith Bay of Lake Minnetonka. So does this mean that we could lower the floor level to 932.5' instead of at 933.5'?
