the subject permit application was reviewed along with the following exhibits:
1. Permit Application No. 87-009, received January 5, 1987.
2. Typical cross-section of the rip-rap placement, prepared by B. Niccum of
Minnetonka Portable Dredging, dated December 31, 1966.
3. Site map of the area.
The Board approved the permit application.
This document is your permit from the MCWO. It is valid for one (1) year. If
construction Is not complete within one (1) year, an extension must be
requested. Please contact the District at 473-4224 when the project is about
to commence so an Inspector may view the work in progress.
