Dear Mr. Tracy:
I was informed by the Piiblic Works Director that you have placed
£n undersized culvert in a critical neighborhood drainage area.
When approached me about placing a culvert, I had the im
pression that this was a small drainage problem of nominal import
ance. Now I am informed that the culvert handles such a large
drainage area that a 3* culvert is required to handle the water.
You have sized this to 1/3 that voluae. This can only cause
neighborhood drainage problems which is illegal by both state
and municipal ordinances.
Please contact me so we can have a discussion between you, the
public works director and myself.
