On December 1» 1976 I met with* Mr. Tim Peterson of Van
Eckhout Construction at 2868 Casco Point Road. Mr. Peterson

Is building a new home at this address and wanted to discuss
the drainage. The lot on which Mr. Peterson Is building does

have a great deal of lowland and Is now a natural watershed.
The area that is going to be used as an approach to his garage

Is going to require a great deal of fill and Mr. Peterson was v
wondering what requirements would be expected of him to main- .

tinder the proposed approach! but not to connect to the culvert r* *
going under Casco Point Road, andt that there should be a dis-
tanoe of ten feet between them. Mr. Peterson also understood
that he or whomever lives at that address would have to maintain
that culvert and proper drainage at all times.
