Dear Tom,
We have reviewed the plans submitted for the timber retaining wall at 2815
Casco Pt. Rd.
The plan appears adequate with the following modifications. The wall height
I!:Lld noreLeed 6 feet for each segment. The drain tile should be placed
about 12" above the ground for each bent.
The wall will have a significant visual impact on the lake if it faces that
direction.
