Purpose: Shoreline Rip-Rap
Dear Ms. Mackenzie:
At its meeting on September 21, 1978 the Board of Managers of the
Minnehaha Creek Watershed District reviewed the subject permit ap
plication.
It approved the permit as requested with the following conditions:
1, All work shall conform to the MCWD Rip—Rap Guidelines,
a copy of which is enclosed.
2, All work shall conform to the requirements of the City
of Orono, the Department of Natural Resources and the
Lake Minnetonka Conservation District.
We would also suggest that you have your shoreline and bank examined
by a qualified person to determine whether shoreline rip—rap alone
will give adequate long-term stabilization.
Permits are valid for one year.
Please contact us at 473-4224 when the project is about to con
