Re: Well abandonment at 2801 Casco Point Road
Dear Mr. Jones:
On July 7th and 10th» 1987, this office notified you that
the well on your property must be properly abandoned or put back
into use.
Your failure to eliminate the code violations leaves no
alternative but to initiate legal proceedings against you.
Action will be withheld for 10 days. If, at the end of that
time, you have failed to comply, citations will be Issued and the
matter will be referred to the office of the prosecuting attorney
for apprcp,.xate legal action.
Please contact me if you have any questions regarding the
violations.
