DESCRIPTION
Lot 132, SPRING PARK, according to the re.urded plat thereof,
thatpart of Lake Shore Avenue dedicated on the recorded
plat of SPRING PARK and now vacated and that Dart of a tract
of land on the apposite side of said avenue all lying
between the westerly extension of the north and south lines
of Lot 132 in said plat.
