Dear Mr. Kane:
Last October you were in to see nte about the stairway and deck
constructed on your lakeshore at the above address. This is
just a reminder that you promised to have the deck portion
removed before June 1, 1982.
As we discussed, there is no problem with the stairway itself,
but the deck structure is not permitted within 75* of the
shoreline.
I would appreciate a ca’>l letting us know when you intend to
complete the work. Thaiijt you.
