Minnesota Rule 7080.2450 requires an assessment of your system regularly, but no less than every three years. Our records indicate your system at 100 Bayside Tr was last assessed 9/20/2021. This letter is intended as a reminder to have your septic system inspected, and have the report sent to the City, as required by Minnesota Rule 7083.0770 and City Code Section 58-73.
