Continued and consistent maintenance is irnpni tarsi to Lhe rieaitil of your septic system, potentially preventing
costly repairs. Minnesota Rule 7080.2450 requires an assessment of your system regularly, but no less than every
three years.
Our records indicate your system at 100 Bayside Tr was last assessed 9/20/2021. This letter is intended as a
reminder to have your septic system inspected, and have the report sent to the City, as required by Minnesota
Rule 7083.0770 and City Code Section 58-73.
Please have your tank(s) Inspected and mail or email us a copy of the inspection report you receive from the
licensed Maintainer. A list of licensed Maintainers who can perform this work may be obtained at the Minnesota
Pollution Control Agency website: https://www.pca.state.mn.us/water/ssts-search. If you have any questions,
