Dear Mr. Bucey:
On December 20, 1994, a final inspection was completed on your home and the following
corrections were noted:

Complete garage firewall.
Provide plumbing access for tub.
Sheetrock underside of stairs.
Provide glass for guardrail on main stairs.
Provide guardrail on decks.
Provide front step with handrail and guardrails.
Set remainder of plumbing fixtures.
Complete final grading.
On June 30, 1995, the grading was approved by u. ly Engmeer, however, tl» otter
corrections are stiU outstanding. Therefore, the City «.ust require you to complete the
correc tions and call for reinspection. These must be completed as soon as possible but no later
