Approval subject to conditions noted in staff memo previously sent
prior to Planning Commission meeting. As you will remember. Condition 4
asked that you submit a survey/site plan designating existing hardcover
improvements to be removed. You have submitted hardcover fact sheets
citing areas of removal, but a site plan did not accompany the hardcover
fact sheets. This information becomes most important for staff use in the
field. We must be in receipt of this plan no later than Tuesday, March 5,
1991.
Applicants' next scheduled meeting is confirmed as City Council on
Monday, March 11, 1991j meeting starts at 7*00 pju
If you desire certified copies of the official Planning Commission
minutes, they are available from the City Clerk after review and approval
by the Planning Commission.
