This perait does net obviate any reguireaent for federal assent froa the U.S. Corps of Engineers, 113S U.S. Post Office and Custoa House, St. Paul, Minnesota 55101. SPECIAL PPOTflSIOlS 14. The perailttee shall co.nply with all rules, regulations, requirements or standards of the Hlnneeote Pollution Control Agoncy and other applicable federal, atate or local agenciea. Peraittee shall ensura that the contractor has received and thoroughly understands all conditions of this perait. 1C. Erosion control measures shall be adequately designed for the site cherecteristics. They .-ney include staked hsybslea, diversion channels, sediment ponds, or sediment fences. They shell be installed prior to commencement and maintained throughout project.
