Dear Mr. Scheffler:
I met with a Sussel-garage representative this A.M.
regarding the setback variance for your garage.
Since your garage would be close to the lot line,
as well as your neighbor's, this could be a potential
fire hazard for each garage, if a fire started in the
other one. If you could get a statement from Mr. Gilbert
that he has no objection to your putting this garage
where you intend to, it will help your cause greatly
when the variance comes up for review.
I would appreciate it if you could have this in by
May 9, 1968 so it can be put on the Agenda.
