Electrical must have a final inspection made by the State <br />Electrical Inspector per Uniform Building Code Section 307(c). <br />2.Gas line and air conditioner lines must be sealed where they <br />penet..'ate the siding per Uniform Building Code Section 1707. <br />3.Holes in garage firewall must be taped per Uniform Building Code <br />Table No. 5-B. <br />4. Handrails must be provided on landscape stairs per Uniform <br />Building Code Section 3306(J). <br />The district inspector has informed you of these matters and has stated <br />that he is unable to secure compliance. This letter is being written <br />to inform you that corrective action is required to bring this <br />structure into conformance with the building code. Since the codes <br />enforced by this department are minimum in nature, full compliance <br />will ensure at least a minimum degree of safety. Failure to ma)ie such <br />installations can result in conditions that may be dangerous to the <br />life, health, or safety of the occupants. The sole purpose of codes <br />and inspections is to eliminate every possible dangerous condition. <br />Corrections must be made within 10 days.
