You are heroby ordered to short cause, if any y+u nave, before the

at 2 o'clock ?. M. in the afternoon of said day or as soon thereafter as counsel
can be heard, why this Court should not enter an Order construing the alley vacatim,

in Issolution lo. 20 of the Village Council of the Village of Orono, all of that
part of the alley in said plat abutting the northerly 15 feet of Lot lDjj and why
this Court should not enter a further Order directing the ougistrar of Titles to
enter upon Certificate of Title no. 263056 that all that part of the vacated alloy
abut`.ing the 'Jortharly 15 feit of Lot 10, 'esdel'a Subdivision of Spring ?ark Lots
be added to the land description contained in said Certificate of Titla.
