SUBJECT: Division Rearrangement - Harold Roberts - Caroline Avenue

Harold Roberts is asking for a rearrangement of Lots 1 through 5,
Block 2, Casco Heights.
Each lot consists of 50' X 150' for a total of 2501 X 150'. When
divided, there would be two lots, 80' X 150' and one 90' X 1501-
12,000 and 13,500 square feet. The area is in R -ID, half -acre, 100'
frontage. ( Half Acre needs 21,000 Sq. Ft.)
Sewer service is one lot away but does not service the property.
Water is pending.
NOTE: The Planning Commission re commands that the division
be into two lots to better meet the zoning requiremin*s.
See P.C. minutes. I suggest we approve the division
if he will divide it im" into TWO lots. We also should
require sewer.

FURTHER REMARKS: The Council agreed to take a look at the
property by our next meeting. He has not paid Mm any
assessments for sewer and the village would construct
the sewer main in the street with ap!�roximately 350 feet
which would be asi;essed to him plus the 3225,, unit
charge for each building site.

this small construction project right away*
