Re: Permit Application #75-32
Dear Mr. Lehman:
This will advise you that the P4innehaha Creek Water-
shed District Board of Managers, at their meeting of
Junes 19, 1975, approved your permit as submitted with
the following stipulations:
1. That the existing embankment consistinlj of
building debris be straightened and covered.
2. That the low marsh area be leveled to an
elevation of 932.
3. That the existing two small wet marsh areas
be retained in their original condition.
4. That the existing drainage swales from both
County Road 15 and Carman Street be maintained.
Construction procedures shall comply with the r1inne-
haha Creek Watershed District Rules and Regulations
and with special emphasis on Section K, Erosion and
Sediment Control.
It is requested that the District enclincer be notified
prior to construction.
