Subject:C416, 2440, 2450 Carman Street - Sewer Units
On July 26, 1988, I met with Ed Lehman to resolve sewer unit charges
on the property. After revieuina the file and speaking with Mr. Lehman the
results are as follows:
1, a) 2416 Carman Street had two (2) units charged against it (raid
2/15/66). The receipt is a letter from the City for Lot 1, Block
1, Navarre.
b) Demo Permit #5913, March 31, 1986, was issued which also
credited a unit charge.
These two (2) lots were combined together and both structures removed.
Address was changed to 2416 Carman Street.
2) 2450 Carman Street - a sewer unit was paid with Building Permit
95110, 8/26/83.
Three sewer units were paid, thus one (1) unit was transferred to 2440
Carman Street from Lot 1, Block 1, Navarre.
The above addresses all have the sewer units paid.
