to advise you

Orono
City
Council
at
their regular
meeting held
on December
12, 1977.
2414 and 2416 Carman Street, Lots 1, 2 6 3: Council approved
a duplex residential building on this site with the following
conditions: 1) The existing dwelling at 2416 Carman Street
and the red cabin at 3445 Shoreline Drive would first be
removed (the cabin could be relocated and rebuilt to become a
garage or storage building with proper permits); 2) At least
one full unit of the duplex must be located within 200 feet
of the north line of County Road 15; 3) Lots 1, 2 & 3 must be
legally combined for tax purposes; 4) Variances are approved
for lot area and setback to provide for a 17 ft. front yard
setback and a 10 ft, rear setback.

Sewer Assessments: Lateral and interceptor assessments will
be reapportioned according to the recent subdivision with no
change in the outstanding amounts due. Collection charges
were assessed or paid on Tach ex,sting residence and will be
due for each new residential unit at the standard rate of
$225.00 each. Credit for the two existing units on Lots 1, 2 6 3
may he applied toward t`le two units in the proposed duplex.

Water Assessments: The Council approved a
