November 17, 1988
This letter will confirm our conversation on November 16,
1988 regarding the permanent easement and restoration of your
property.
The offer of $750.00 for the permanent easement as stated in
the October 29, 1987 letter has been approved by the City Council
and is valid today.
The City will contract to restore your yard as stated during
the telephone conversation on the above date. Regardless of the
method of restoration, you will have to provide the watering
necessary to accomplish satisfactory results.
Also be advised that if it is your wish to resolve these
matters independent of each other, I would be willing to draft an
agreement to the satisfaction of you the City regarding the
restoration of your property.
