.. � °� _ <br /> ; o 0 <br /> CITY of ORONO <br /> � � <br /> �'�L �G~ RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> `�xEsKo�' No. 6 0 1 3 <br /> RESOLUTION ORDERING ABATEMENT <br /> OF HA7.ARnOUS BUII.,DING <br /> WHEREAS,the Building Inspector of the City of Orono has attempted without success to <br /> have the owner of certa.in property remedy the hazardous condition of the house and foundation, <br /> deta.ched garage, sheds, septic system and well situated on property at 200 Hollander Road, Orono, <br /> Minnesota; and <br /> WHEREAS,the City Council has determined that the condition of the buildi.ngs and <br /> property located at 200 Hollander Road constitutes a Hazardous Building and Hazardous Property <br /> within the meani.ng of Minnesota Statutes § 463.15, Subd. 3. <br /> NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Orono, <br /> Minnesota: <br /> 1. Pursuant to Minnesota.Statutes § 463.16 et�.,the City hereby adopts and approves the <br /> Demolition Order for Removal of Hazardous Buildings and Abatement of Hazardous <br /> Property attached hereto as Exhibit"A". <br /> 2. The City of Orono finds that the condition of the property located at 200 Hollander Road, <br /> Orono,Minnesota,is a health and safety hazard and contains Hazardous Buildings and <br /> conditions resulting in a Hazardous Property within the meaning of Minn. Stat. § 463.15, <br /> Subd. 3. <br /> 3.
