� o� <br /> 0 0 <br /> � � <br /> CITY of ORONO <br /> �'� G~' RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> �`9k'ESI;04'� No. 6 0 1 9 <br /> A RESOLUTION DECLARING A VACANCY <br /> IN THE OFFICE OF COUNCIL MEMBER <br /> OF THE CITY OF ORONO <br /> WHEREAS,Orono Council Member Lili Tod McMillan was elected to the office of Mayor <br /> in the Fall, 2010 General Election and will assume such office on January 10, 2011: and <br /> WHEREAS, Council Member Lili Tod McMillan was elected in the Fall, 2008 General <br /> Election to serve as Council Member from January l, 2009 through December 31, 2012; and <br /> WHEREAS,since Council Member Lili Tod McMillan will assume the duties of the office <br /> of Mayor prior to end of her term as Council Member, a vacancy has been created on the Council of <br /> the City of Orono, Minnesota, effective January 10, 2011. <br /> NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council does hereby declare that a <br /> vacancy now exists for the office of Council Member for the City of Orono, Minnesota. <br /> Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono, Minnesota at a regular meeting held on <br /> January 10, 201 l. <br /> ATTEST: <br /> �'/ v� � � � <br /> d.�/fQ G ����, <br /> Linda S.
