The following resolutions have been sent for filing with
the Hennepin County Recorders office:
#2879/Minnegasco
#2894/Luke
#2893/Kaley
#2883/Buranen
#2852/Reg nier
#2884/Siford
Special Lot Combination Agreement/Phillips
Resolution No. 2895/Uphoff is being returned because it is
a variance on torrens property and therefore unacceptable by the
Registrar of Titles for filing.
Resolution No. 2865/Prass is on both abstract and torrens
property. The torrens Certificate No. is 477289 and was picked
up, I assume by the owner, on 9/21/76. I will forward the
resolution for filing on the abstract property but will need the
Certificate in order to also file the resolution under torrens.
Please either arrange for the Certificate to be delivered to me
at Popham, Haik or notify me if it is not to be filed on the
torrens property.
