COUNCIL ACTION - MOTION:
The original approval resolution has been amended to include Council's
waiving of the penalty permit fee with the building permit application.
Please contact John Gerhardson, Public Works Director, as to the placement
and type of turnaround to be provided on the site. Such turnaround should
be maintained during the winter months to provide turnaround capabilities
throughout the year.
Please arrange to sign the 3 original resolution copies at the City
Offices (Monday through Friday, 8:00 to 4:30). All persons with an
interest in the property must sign the resolutions.
