Planning Co ission recce nds the following:
Approval subject to conditions noted in the staff resolution
sent to you prior to the meeting. In addition, the Planning Commission
added that the Public Works Director was to be asked to review the safety
of the access in light of the size and length of the vehicles to back out
on to roadway.
Applicant's next scheduled meeting is confirmed as City Council on
October d, 1990; meeting starts at 7:00 p.m. Prior to that meeting you
will receive a copy of the approval resolution to be presented for
Council's formal action.
