The City of Orono is required to send mailed notice to all property owners within 350'
of the property located at 940 Brown Road South. The property owner(s) have
applied for one or more variances to the Zoning Code to permit construction of a
guest house on the property.
The Planning Commission will hold a pubic hearing on:
May 17,1999 at 6:30 p.m.
in the Council Chambers at 2780 Kelley Parkway in Orono, Minnesota.
Any party may appear at the hearing in person, by agent or attorney. A draft copy of
the Planning Commission agenda is enclosed. The Planning Commission is advisory
to the City Council.

plans are available for review by appointment.
