A RESOLUTION APPROVING ISSUANCE OF A
LAWFUL GAMBLING PREMISES PERMIT FOR THE
NORTHWEST TONKA LIONS ,INC.
TO CONDUCT LAWFUL GAMBLING AT NAVARRE LANES
LOCATED AT 3435 SHORELINE DRIVE
WHEREAS,pursuant to Minnesota Sta.tute 349.213,a lawfiil gambling organization
is required to obta.in approval from the city council of the statutory city in which the organization's
premises is located; and
WHEREAS,the Gambling Control Boazd will not issue a premises permit if the city
has not passed a resolution; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Minnesota Statute 349.165, the premises permit runs
concurrently on a perpetual basis with the license of the organization.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED,that the Orono City Council hereby
approves the perpetual premises permit for the Northwest Tonka Lions, Inc. to conduct lawful
gambling at Navarre Lanes, 3435 Shoreline Drive, Orono, Minnesota.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono, Minnesota at a regular meeting
held on the 14h day of Mazch, 2011.
