A RESOLUTION TO CLOSE THE GOLF COURSE ENTERPRISE FUND TO THE
GENERAL FUND
WHEREAS,the golf course operations have previously been budgeted in the Golf Course
Enterprise Fund; and
WHEREAS,the beginning with the 2011 season the golf course will be budgeted as part
of the General Fund; and
WHEREAS, The Golf Course Fund has remaining assets, liabilities, and equity;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Golf Course Enterprise Fund be
closed and the remaining assets, liabilities and equity be transferred to the Genera] Fund.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono, Minnesota, at a regular meeting held
March 28, 2011.
