FOR DEDICATED SERVICE
TO THE CITY OF ORONO
RESOLUTION NO. 6035
WHEREAS, Kim Kang has served this community with distinction
during her 4 1/2 years as a member of the Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, she provided outstanding leadership to the Commission as
Chair from September 29, 2009 to March 31, 2011; and
WHEREAS,her years of service have been marked by exemplary
dedication to the best interests of the community; and
WHEREAS, she has earned the admiration and high regard of those with
whom she has worked; and
WHEREAS, the performance of her duties and responsibilities as a
' member of the Planning Commission has been characterized by excellent and
constructive contributions to the community.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED THAT the City Council ofthe
City of Orono does hereby express its sincere appreciation and thanks to Kim Kang
for her distinguished service to the community and does also highly commend her for
the manner in which she has carried out her duties and responsibilities.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED,that the City Council extends to Kim Kang
best wishes for continued success in her future endeavors.
Adopted by the City Council of Orono,Minnesota at a regular meeting held
this l lth day of April, 2011.
