� o� <br /> � - o 0 <br /> � � <br /> CITY of ORONO <br /> ti <br /> �'�� �G~' RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> �kEsi;��' rvo. 6 0 5 4 <br /> A RESOLUTION <br /> APPROVING THE PLAT OF <br /> WOODHILL SENIOR COTTAGES <br /> FILES#10-3471 AND #11-3511 <br /> WHEREAS, the Ciry of Orono is a municipal corporation organized and existing <br /> under the laws of the State of Minnesota; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Orono (hereinafter"City Council") has <br /> adopted subdivision and land development regulations for the orderly, economic and safe <br /> development of land within the City; and <br /> WHEREAS, on June 13, 2011, the City Council considered the application by <br /> Klingelhutz Development Co., and Woodhill Senior Cottages LLC (hereinafter the <br /> � "Developer") for platting and a conditional use permit and site plan for development of property <br /> located at 2525, 2535, and 2545 Shadywood Road and legally described as follows: <br /> EXHIBIT A, ATTACHED (hereinafter the "Property"); and <br /> WHEREAS, on December 13, 2010, the City Council adopted Resolution No. <br /> 6001 granting Preliminary Plat Approval and Resolution No. 6002 granting conditional use permit <br /> approval for the proposed development of a one-lot plat to construct one building for residential <br /> memory care purposes; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Developer has completed or has agreed to complete all other <br /> requirements of the platting regulations of the City including: <br /> 1. Completion of all platting requirements of Preliminary Plat Resolution No. 6001. <br /> 2. Dedication on the plat of perimeter Drainage and Utility Easements as required in <br /> Resolution No. 6001. <br /> 3. Designation and dedication on the plat of wetlands subject to City and other agency <br /> jurisdiction, and granting of the standard Permanent Flowage and Conservation <br /> Easement and Restrictive Covenants for wetlands and wetland buffers. <br /> t <br /> Page 1 of 2 <br />
