� O� <br /> � O O <br /> ,� �- �, <br /> CITY of ORONO <br /> �'�� �G~ RESOIUTiON OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> 9kESII�g' No. _ 6 U 6 4 <br /> A RESOLUTION GRANTING <br /> A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br /> FOR LAND ALTERATION <br /> PURSUANT TO SECTION 78-966 & 78-968 <br /> FILE NO. 11-3515 <br /> WHEREAS, Gina Paulucci, a single person (hereinafter "the Owner) is the <br /> owner of the properties located at 320 Woodhill Road, 322 Woodhill Road, and 325 <br /> Woodhill Road (hereinafter the "Propert}�') within the City of Orono (hereinafter the "City") <br /> and legally described as: Lots 1 and 2, Block 1, Edgewood Place; also Tract I, Registered <br /> Land Survey No. 1098, files of the Registrar of Titles, Hennepin County,Minnesota; and <br /> WHEREAS,Keenan& Sveiven Inc, (hereinafter"the Applicant") on behalf <br /> ( the Owner has made application to the City for a conditional use permit for land alteration in <br /> excess of 500 cubic yards to allow approximately 1,000 cubic yards of earth movement, <br /> including approximately 400 cubic yards of material to be exported, in order to to replace and <br /> re-grade the driveway and correct drainage issues adjacent to the home on the Property; and <br /> WHEREAS, after due published notice and mailed notice in accordance with <br /> Minnesota Statutes and the City of Orono Zoning and Planning Codes, the Orono Planning <br /> Commission held a public hearing on July 18, 2011, at which time all persons desiring to be <br /> heard concerning this application were given the opportunity to speak thereon. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Orono, <br /> Minnesota: <br /> FINDINGS <br /> 1. This application was reviewed as Zoning File#11-3515. <br /> 2. The City Engineer has reviewed the plans and finds them acceptable. <br /> 3.
