NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Orono, Hennepin County, Minnesota that effective June 27, 2011, the position Erick Dyer holds is that � of a police officer as defined in Minnesota Statutes, Section 353.64,pursuant to which said employee shall become a member of the Public Employees Retirement Association Police and Fire Fund.
