A RESOLUTION FOR THE COLLECTION OF THE DISPOSAL COSTS ASSOCIATED
WITH THE CLEANUP OF A WETLAND VIOLATION
Whereas, the City has incurred costs associated with the disposal of materials in a
wetland; and
Whereas, the property owner has agreed to reimburse the city for the costs of the
disposal; and
Whereas, a ten days mailed notice and a published notice of the hearing was given, and
the hearing will be held thereon the 24th day of October 2011, at which all persons desiring to be
heard were given an opportunity to be heard thereon.
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Orono as
� follows:
That the Hennepin County Special Assessment Division is hereby authorized to place the
amount of$936.70, on the 2011 property tax rolls,payable in 2012, at one percent (1.0%)per
annum over a five (5) year period, against the specified property as identified in the following
exhibit.
ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Orono, Minnesota, this 24th day of
October, 2011.
